You’ll need to show up for the discovery call, review the plan, and give feedback at key stages. Outside of that, I handle the build. I don’t need you available daily to make progress.
Refinements are part of the process before handover. If something comes up after delivery, I offer monthly retainer arrangements for businesses that want continued support as they grow or their needs change.

It depends on what your business needs. AI tools are useful when there’s a repetitive, high-volume task that doesn’t need a human to handle every instance, first responses, lead qualification, scheduling, internal support. If it fits, I’ll recommend it. If it doesn’t add real value for your specific setup, I won’t build it in just to make the project sound more impressive.
